Day 17

On Saturday I made a difference by helping one of the boys when he had hurt his eye. I know I made a difference because he smiled afterwards. It made me feel good because I had been nice and friendly.

P.S Saturday was my last day of my 17 day difference and so this probably my last blog post :(.
BUT, It doesn't mean I won't be making a difference anymore, I will still be doing my best to be a good citizen and hopefully you will too!!!

Day 16

I have been at a camp all weekend and haven't been able to do any posts so I am doing it today. On Friday I made a difference by helping carry my friend's bags to his tent. I know I made a difference because I could tell by the look on his face that he wasn't expecting me to help him. It made me feel good because I had done a nice thing, but also tired because his bag was heavy!

Day 15

Today I made a difference by fixing the internet connection on my Dad's computer when he needed to use it. I know I made a difference because it would have taken him a while to fix it himself and he had other jobs to do. It made me feel happy because I had helped him.

Day 12

Today I made a difference by helping set the table before dinner. I know I made a difference because it is not something I usually do as I am usually in my room at that time. And so after completing it I heard a nice 'thank you' from my Dad. This made me feel great as I had just been a help.

Day 11

Today I made a difference by emptying the dishwasher. I know I made a difference because even though it is supposed to be my job I never end up doing it, and when my Mum noticed I had done it she smiled and looked very pleased. It made me feel pleased myself, and I found it quite nice.
